Santhosh Hall

Nestled amidst a cluster of greenery, the Santhosh lawn is yet another choice setup designed for gatherings, conferences and meetings in our resort. With a hearty infusion of nature, this setup includes all the necessary equipment for corporate events, including overhead projectors, and personalized PA systems.

The serenity that the area offers makes it suitable for both corporate events and other gatherings for special events. Depending on the number of guests, we offer different custom set -ups: The Theatre set- up that can accommodate 175 pax, The Cluster set -up that can accommodate 75 pax, The U Shape set -up that can accommodate 45 pax, The Boardroom set -up that can accommodate 40 pax.

Selva Hall

Nestling in the lap of greenery is Selva Hall, right above Santhosh Hall. It can hold up to 175 guests, and is ideal for small family gatherings, reunions with friends, and all types of corporate events. Our guests can move out into the lawns nearby for an outdoor dining experience, or for team building exercises and games.

Panneer Mahal

The unique combination of lush greenery, a breath taking view of the Bay of Bengal and facilities of air conditioning, overhead projectors, remote control projector screen and PA systems set in a golden lighting, the PANNEER lawn has proven to be the choice centre for innumerable business meetings and corporate gatherings in the VGP beach resort.

Banyan Hut

Around 75 guests can sit in comfort in this semi-outdoor hall, which has a quaint thatched roof. It can be used for semi-formal meetings, or for dining. Our guests can feel free to use the green spaces around to unwind and relax. Nearby is the sprawling banyan tree, which gives the hut its name. It provides a scenic backdrop for a group or private picture.

Beach Lawn

This is one of the most picturesque lawns of our city. It has been the venue of many a film shoot, corporate event and high profile wedding reception. The sea with its myriad moods provides an ever changing backdrop, challenging and stimulating the creative instincts of different designers, resulting in a new look for each occasion. Whether you want an open to sky event, or a covered event, we are there to assist you.

By the Bay Lawn

Situated right beside our premium dining restaurant, called By the Bay, this lawn is framed on one side by dwarf coconut trees and beautiful hibiscus plants. It has a stage, an entrance arch, and an enchanting waterfall. It is an enclosed space, making for greater privacy. Ideal for social and corporate gatherings of upto 100 people.

Jade Garden

A little gem of a garden, with the sea on one side and By the Bay restaurant on the other, inviting our guests to take innumerable pictures. About 800-1000 guests can be comfortably seated here, making it the preferred choice for birthday parties, wedding receptions, old school and college meets, as well as corporate get-togethers.

This garden is beautifully shaded from dawn to dusk by countless mango trees. It’s a cool venue for all social and corporate gatherings of about 750 people.
